Returns and Replacements

SPORTS EQUIPMENTS:

  • You can return eligible items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund or free replacement.
  • The item must be in its original condition, including the brand outer box, MRP tags, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in the manufacturer packaging.
  • Before issuing a refund or replacement, we may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product.
  • We reserve the right to pick up the product to verify the damage or defect before issuing a refund or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items:

  1. Inner Apparel, Socks, Gym Supporters, Guards, Swimsuits:
    • Due to hygiene reasons, these items are non-returnable.
    • However, in the event of a damaged, defective, or different item being delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or free replacement as applicable.
    • We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing a refund/replacement.

Clothing, Shoes, and Accessories:

  • You can return clothing, shoes, and accessories within 10 days of delivery.
  • You can either exchange the item for a different size/color or return it for a full refund.
  • Please ensure the item is in its original condition, including the brand outer box, MRP tags, warranty cards, and original accessories in the manufacturer packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

  1. Men & Women Innerwear, Men’s Vests, Women’s Lingerie, Swimwear, Socks & Hosiery:
    • These items are non-returnable due to hygiene conditions.
    • However, in the event of a damaged, defective, or different item being delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or replacement if available.
    • We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing a refund/replacement.
    • We reserve the right to pick up the product to verify the damage or defect before issuing a refund or replacement.
    • Bras are returnable.
